When I'm not raw, exercise has literally no impact on my size/weight. I was working out like a crazy woman and not seeing results. So I stopped working out.
Now I'm (mostly) raw, and was recently observing that I wasn't losing weight very fast. Crazy thing is, since my last post five days ago I went for one walk and went on an elliptical machine one time, mind you not very strenuous stuff, got my breathing rate up just a little... but since then I've lost three more pounds, bringing my total up to 20 lbs
