Ok.The "juice plane" didn't take off today. No panic, boys and girls Well, let me tell you the whole thing....
Ok, I was not quite ready this morning. Why? Well, because there was some left over in the fridge from yesterday(what a lame excuse Bumblebee ). Some very yummy sweet raw concotions and a couple of bananas on the counter top. I know it sounds weak. Ok, I didn't pass the first test . But, does that make me a loser? I hope not. I also hope my cyberfriends haven't lost faith on my juice-feast journey . By the way, THANK you guys for the support and all. And Gwena, I love you for being so brave and for sharing your experience with the world. You are #1 inspiration for me at this moment.
So, here's the plan:
Today I'll clean the kitchen from everything that equals yummy and solid. I went to the health food store today and got lots of veggies and fruit, cayenne, honey, MSM and cascara sagrada and....well I still need some items such as green powders, oils, kelp granules and bee pollen.
Ok friends,I'll be here tomorrow, hopefully juice feasting. Wishing you all a rawsome Saturday. Tchau!

Don't give up! And hey.. whats wrong about starting one day later? And eating raw or beginning the feast... both is GREAT!:) For me it helps to PLAN such a start a bit... not to say each day: TOMORROW I start... but to say... next fullmoon I WILL START! The further away the better! YOU GET KEEN ON FINALLY STARTING!

Welcome to the board! what I am finding is that SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE!! My whole life I wanted to do some drastic thing to lose weight, but i am finding that simply eating raw is taking care of everything for me. I mainly have juices/smoothies but I also eat salads and fruit , and my body is transforming!! :)
