LOL - this picture just cracked me up!!!! Hahahahahaha

What a busy week!!!!!!
I'm soooo glad it's done....weekend, here we come!!! Yay!!!

I'm planning on putting ads on ebay this weekend....cutting my BF's hair.....coloring my hair....trimming my bangs....getting my taxes ready to be done.....cleaning....laundry....and perhaps making some yummy stuff to eat too!!!!

Here's a picture of what I had for lunch:

It's the jalapeno corn chip recipe (Raw food Real world)....made into a tortilla....filled with romaine lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes & mung bean sprouts!!! Sprinkled with nutritional yeast & spritzed with Braggs aminos

Here's a picture of my sprouts!!

From top to bottom:
Alfalfa
Lentils
Mung Beans

Don't they look happy?!?!?!?!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!!!

    It's this easy:
Pour water in top white tray....let it circulate through the other trays, it fills up the bottom white tray....dump out the water....2 - 3 times per day....That's IT!!!!

    Soooooo easy

Oh, my, word Monk! LOL That's awesome. Teehee. My poor kitty is looking over my shoulder as if to say, don't even think about it! LOL

I think the thing I love them most about this choice of food you have shared is that it doesn't represent a raw version of something we eat cooked. It's a delightfully raw treat, that is simply raw goodness. YUMMMMMMM!

I agree with Aleesha, you make that sprouting thing look like anyone can do it. Amazing! They look so great, I've never had any luck sprouting.

Keep inspiring and making us laugh...it's good for the soul! (((HUGS)))

I have a sprouter thing like that kind of...multi-tier. I was thinking of cracking it out because I have finally found a source for onion seeds to grow onion sprouts....it turns out they take a long time though but they taste Divine!! ...like onion buns is the best I can describe. Really they do, lol.

I love your other pic too...I know that jalapeno recipe :) I love to see people's simple creations because it keeps me reminded of how diverse this diet truly is! Cuz you would think the opposite...

Love you Monk!!...the cat pic is too funny, lol...the cat doesn't look that impressed!

Lol @ your kitty looking over your shoulder!

Raw food is so fun to play with!!
Even if it ends up looking like something non-raw...we know it tastes so much better & is a ton healthier for us!!!

The sprouter makes it SOOOOO easy - seriously....if you can fill and dump it twice a day - you can sprout!!
