Nothing much earth-shattering has happened since my last blog. I still am allowing myself to eat SAD during a few past special occasions -extended weekend vacation w/ family, my in-law's annual chili party, for which my barley didn't sprout so I couldn't make Alissa's yummy chili Despite the fact that when I eat SAD, I try to keep it "healthy" and keep my serving size reasonable, it still puts a major damper on my weight loss. I've only lost 2 lbs in the last 2 weeks, bringing my total weight loss to 17 lbs.
In addition to weight loss, I have eliminated my dependence on caffeine, and I've gotten compliments on my skin looking nice. Overall I feel better. And my husband says he's able to tell I've lost weight in my belly... although it seems most of my weight has come out of my boobs I've gone down 2 cup sizes already! (I'm "down" to a F, so still plenty to lose up there!)
I've been eating a lot of the same things over and over, so this week I'm focusing on making different recipes so I don't get tempted to stray.
