Another Pound Thinner
OK I really didn't think I'd lose anything because I ate SO MUCH...
Pecans (let just say more than a handful )
Lara Bar (so yummy and filling)
slice of raw manna bread (carrot raisin)
more pecans(it was that or breakdown for SAD nachos)

I know I eat alot! But I figured just let myself go as long as it is raw and guess what MY FIRST FULL DAY RAW I couldn't force the greens in today though...
I started reading the recipe threads and craving so a ate, and ate...
I've been detoxing like crazy...It started with a soar thaot a couple days ago which kindly left but I'm so stuffy, runny... it goes on. Every time I see my mother she says take something, I normally wouldn't take anything anyway. I'm in good spirits though.
Excercise: Yesterday I walked a lot. 40 min at the wildlife refuge it was beautiful and walked my do a couple of times...
My sister's fat pants fit pretty loosely yesterday maybe I can check out her closet today...
I has a party to go to Like the once a year that I see my BFs friends. THey'll bbq. I'm bringing my last Lara bar, and I might stop at the mexican produce store to scout out some fresh fruits to bring...
Oh yeah today I'm drinking water with lemon slices simple and soothing...
