Day 3 - March 3
Still all raw today :)
Breakfast:
Banana Slam Pie ...or whatever it was I was calling it, toss ingredients in bowl, stir thing. lol
Lunch:
A green curry Thai soup that I didn't really like that much, but didn't hate either.
Supper:
A Huge salad topped with my maple syrup, almond, vinegar type dressing, walnuts and cranberries.
Bananas, nut butter and honey...and cinnamon.
I researched for my paper and will be writing it tomorrow. I am literally Dragging myself to the finish line of this semester...I know it is my last one for awhile and a light at the end of the tunnel...you'd think I would be racing to get the work done. hmmm...maybe I should do that.
I am considering doing something about my regime again, but I don't know what...a smoothie feast, or quantum eating, or nothing at all, or maybe lower fat...I don't know. Why am I never satisfied, lol.
...I guess I'm worried about weight loss. 3 days in...bhahaa. But I do feel like I'm eating a lot more than I need to, well today anyway...I think I will try and get used to green smoothies and do fruit and green smoothies and finish with a salad. maybe?
