While all the country is freezing, I am looking out my office window at sunshine all over everything. My cat is splayed out in a pool of the stuff nearby and my dog is in the other room on top of a blanket, smack dab in the middle of another pool of sun. While we've had 'weather' the last few days and it snowed on some local (very low) mountains, Southern California is the place to be! The air is clean, the trees and hillsides are green and I am munching on a three pepper salad. Can this day get any better!

These peppers are from Trader Joe's. They don't usually have organic bell peppers, but they do now, so check them out if you can. How pretty to look into a bowl at yellow, orange and red peppers?!! Absolutely brillliant....literally!

I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday, too!!!

    Love the sunshine. Wish I was in SoCal with you now. Although we have lots of sunshine here its still below freezing. Blech:)
