I can't believe I didn't see this coming. No, I'm not stressing about this, but I am feeling the negative effects. Live and learn.

Topped off my divine raw fine dining experience at Scape Bistro in St. Louis with a bag of buttered popcorn at the movies. Whoa stomach discomfort. It was of course yummy, but I'm experiencing salt overload now and a very upset tum. Live. and. learn.

That said, if anyone here is in St. Louis, Scape now has a raw section on their menu. I was pretty surprised as it's a schwank foodie sort of place. They had an awesome raw cucumber spring roll, didn't have the young coconut and carrot soup, but did have the raw lasagna with cashew cheese and sun dried tomato marinara (amazing). I think they had one dish with raw sashimi grade tuna for those raw fish eaters out there.

In other news, for the sake of being all to detailed and unfortunately gross as a consequence, my stools are looking GOOD. Finally. It's taken a week! Bit of a relief really. Was off to a slow start in that area.

Can't wait for this cursed heartburn to pass!

The butter is so tempting. Considering my boyfriend likes to completely soak the bag! blehhh. Luckily it makes me sick too, so I usually can say no.

    Scape Bistro sounds yummy.

P.S. I love the pic of you & the cat :-)
