Lately, life has been so DELICIOUS

I'm sitting here having banana cobbler for dessert after about a liter of my green V8. Getting stuffed. So delicious. James faux cried over the deliciousness level of the cobbler.

Yesterday was a pretty good day overall, although it was not 100% raw. Went out with the friends to a great Nicaraguan restaurant and they had basically zero raw things on their menu. I had zucchini stuffed empanadas that were good and 2 small glasses of red wine. It's not the end of the world and I was really glad that I didn't stress about eating something that wasn't raw. I'm back on the horse today and made my first thing in my new vitamix!

The "v8" was good though:
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cucumber
1 bunch watercress
2 cups spinach
1 small head broccoli
1 chipotle
4 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley

... that's 8! plus i added some 100% pure wasabi powder for some kick. the texture was a bit funky because it wasn't really a smoothy. The fiber rafted in the juice part so I had to mix it up constantly.

Maybe I could add a plantain or something for some substance minus the sweetness? Thoughts?

The banana cobbler was freaking tops though. 1.5 ripe bananas sliced up, then for the crumb topping i processed 1/2 c walnuts, 2/3 cup raw wheat germ, pinch of salt, 4 dates and 1 tbsp grade C maple syrup. Spooned it over the bananas and heaven has been achieved.
