Day...?

Rate this Entry
Totally confused about the day thing now, lol...I decided to let myself have a cooked spaghetti sauce on Saturday night, which turned into left overs, which turned into complete abandonment of raw all day Sunday and Monday....Monday's excuse being Valentine's Day.

I actually didn't like most everything I ate! Like I think all of it except banana bread, so am thining of finding a raw banana bread recipe...but everything else was boring, and literally made me feel nausea.

I think the only thing left in the cooked world that interests me is Green Curry Veg -Thai food. Everything else I truly could care less about.

I have made a green curry soup type thing that was all raw and remember it being very, very good, comparably good to the cooked I eat, so I am going to try that again, maybe with some kelp noodles!

Back on track today...even though it was a ditch tour, it honestly turned me completely off, like I feel like I don't even need to focus, it's about as appealing as cigarettes *shudder*

Hahaha...so very productive I guess.

Good Job getting back on track Bananna! It is hard isn't it!?!?! But you did it!
Recipe Idea you might like: From Rawvolution
    Thai Coleslaw

If you don't have the book yourself, I will copy down the full recipe for you. When you mentioned that you like the Thai food, I remembered this as the only raw Thai recipe I've seen.
You are doing awesome! Keep it up! (((HUGS)))

Great job refocusing & jumping back into Raw!!

I had a cooked meal on Valentines Day too....and while it didn't make me feel horrible, it also didn't make me feel "awesome"....so, I decided that is not "food" I want to ingest....

    Hope you have a wonderful Raw-filled day!!~~monk~
