7 Days No Refined Sugar
Today I am Beginning my 8th Day without Refined Sugar! It's start back to being Healthy and Raw.
I am officially in Menopause and tried the Bio-Identicals which gave me energy but, not only did I gain weight but, I was bloated and looked about 6 months pregnant. Hubby said I was snippy. So, I stopped them. I never could take the Birth Control either for the same reasons. Then I investigated more and there really isn't long enough research with it to say it won't cause Breast Cancer which my Mom had so, I'm not going there. I can't believe how many women are on this. Wow!
So, I"m taking Maca, Black Cohosh, Evening Primrose, and Dong Quai. If anyone reads this and has any other suggestions they are welcome.
Being off the Refined Sugars and most Especially Chocolate has decreased my Hot Flashes now they are just hot flushes!
My goal right now is Whole Foods and to be Free from refined sugars, processed foods, and night eating!
So, I'm Back!
