I'm a Raw Sous Chef!
I'm so grateful for this opportunity to do what I love. I'm working many long days along side Jodee and her husband. After more than six months of planning and preparation, Jodee's Desserts is almost ready to open. The menu is done and supplies are in stock. The dessert making began this week. So far Jodee has made her Tiramisu, Vanilla Chocolate Swirl, and Chocolate Cherry. These are a special kind of raw cheesecakes. There are lots more raw desserts and treats to be made over the next three day because opening day is Valentine's Day!!!!!!!!!!
We are open 11:00 to 7:00. I'll be there Monday-Friday, and likely a few Saturdays, too. I'll take some pictures on opening day. If you are in Seattle, you should come by.
