I've been taking a look at my eating habits and realized that I have become a nibbler of raw food through out the day. And I believe that is not good for my digestion health overall.
I know when I had "The Toxicless Diet" book by Bragg in the 80's, I remember reading that do wait 3-4 hours between each meals. It's much easier on the digestion.
So I want to go back to the structure of the way I ate on SAD, which was have my meals and snack to the minimum. With raw food, I want to have my breakfast and lunch and maybe a light snack in between. Then, fast after 2 or 3 or 4 which is the latest. My goal is to fast after 2. (Special tip from Tonya Zavasta's book)
I noticed that when I eat late in the evening, I end up feeling tired and have a hard time getting up compared to when I've decided not to eat that late which helps me wake up earlier at the time I want feeling good without a problem getting out of bed.
Plus, I've been reading alot of stuff about this sort of stuff and my Earthing Mat is making me be more aware of what's going on with my body so I am listening carefully. The Earthing Mat is awesome!
Doing this will drastically make me feel and look more youthful! It will also help my body to do what it supposed to do at night instead of focusing on digesting my food, it will focus on repairing, healing, and recovering. This will improve my performance in my workout as well.
That's my new goal in my raw food lifestyle!!
Breaking my nibbler habit for better health performance!!
Much love to you all and may all of you give out much much much love too!!
