Eating Habits

I've been taking a look at my eating habits and realized that I have become a nibbler of raw food through out the day. And I believe that is not good for my digestion health overall.
I know when I had "The Toxicless Diet" book by Bragg in the 80's, I remember reading that do wait 3-4 hours between each meals. It's much easier on the digestion.
So I want to go back to the structure of the way I ate on SAD, which was have my meals and snack to the minimum. With raw food, I want to have my breakfast and lunch and maybe a light snack in between. Then, fast after 2 or 3 or 4 which is the latest. My goal is to fast after 2. (Special tip from Tonya Zavasta's book)
I noticed that when I eat late in the evening, I end up feeling tired and have a hard time getting up compared to when I've decided not to eat that late which helps me wake up earlier at the time I want feeling good without a problem getting out of bed.
Plus, I've been reading alot of stuff about this sort of stuff and my Earthing Mat is making me be more aware of what's going on with my body so I am listening carefully. The Earthing Mat is awesome!
Doing this will drastically make me feel and look more youthful! It will also help my body to do what it supposed to do at night instead of focusing on digesting my food, it will focus on repairing, healing, and recovering. This will improve my performance in my workout as well.
That's my new goal in my raw food lifestyle!!
Breaking my nibbler habit for better health performance!!

Much love to you all and may all of you give out much much much love too!!

    Wow good for you!!
I know of all these tips, but am just thankful I am raw at the moment, lol...but one day I would definately like to do some experimenting to see how such changes would make me feel also!
Definately post how you are making with it...if it's hard, what your benefits are, etc.

I would like to eat atleast a lighter supper meal and nothing at night, but I need to stabilize just the food aspect of this first. ;)

I will update. I know...I was like I've gotta established raw food as a lifestyle first before moving onto that sort of thing! i feel comfortable with doing it now, but wouldn't have done it then. My body is in that phase again where it needs some fine tuning with my eating habits, because what I'm doing it's just getting too heavy for my body. it was fine with it before. My body is asking for a change so this is the change I'm making.

Interesting observation between eating late & getting up earlier in the morning....my meals have been really late this week & all I want to do is hibernate in the morning....
Thanks for sharing & keep us posted!!!!

I felt that way too and it's more obvious to me when I'm using my Earthing Mat. I need to go easy on the body and give it a chance to digest fully!
I'm feeling great already. Seriously, I felt really good this morning! So I'm gonna keep it up. Plus, I realized that I appreciate my food more this way. I also feel that I will be more organized in planning out my raw meals and save some money too on groceries!

So interesting! ...btw, because of you I'm gently trying to not eat after supper. Today is day one...not that I'm observing it that closely though, more like a general sentiment I'm trying to abide by. I figure that's good enough for now.

Update on Eating Habits: It seems that I can not eat after 2:00 every other day and the opposite every other day I don't eat after 4-6. I 'm cool with that for now because it really is a big improvement in the way I eat, plus I do wait now between meals to 3-4 hours. I no longer eat late at night.
I feel more energetic and more focused. And I do look refresh and younger in the morning instead of tired and haggard.
Please do read Quantum Eatung, she states that fasting after two is not for beginners when the body hasn't been on raw food long enough.
