weighed in yesterday morning...i suppose i will make it a Sunday ritual.

i feel good, but tired. i am tending two little grand-daughters while my son and daughter-i-love cruise for a week.

not a whole lot is going on. monk is preparing food and thinking ahead of the hunger thing which is something i need to get better at. soon i will open up a book of recipes and put something new together. for the time being it feels good to be eating clean once more.

    How fun to have your grandbabes with you - lovin' you up!!

    I have been eating pretty simply myself, but really wanted to make "something" this past weekend....now I will be back to simple things for the rest of the week....with the exception of the brownie thing in the freezer......lol
