One Step At A Time

The first step... Cut out pop. I really should outline all the steps but since I haven't thought of them I will do that later today or tomorrow. I know the first step though, and that is to cut out pop.

Day one- No Soda. Its hard I will admit it. It is only 10:35 and I already have thoughts of running to the gas station for a Mt Dew.

    I remember when I cut out soda....I replaced it with tea....I had a headache for about 2 weeks, but then I never looked back!

    When I cut out pop and Coffee, my hubby kept drinking it so it was in the house. I thought I would sip occasionally, but honestly I didn't. I haven't had any in years...and I don't miss it at all. You'll get there! You WILL!!!

    If the thoughts are still there, tell yourself WHY you are giving it up. If you have a strong enough "WHY" it will motivate you! :
