I'm thinking it's about keeping your eye on the ball? ...long enough till it becomes habit and second nature to do it, atleast. Which is a tough gig sometimes in our world! :)

Hmm, bottling motivation...what a money maker that would be!!

I find, that whenever I am in a good spot, or really want to be in a good spot...I have to prepare myself for the day to come then sit and think about all the good that happened to me today.

I actually have a special journal that I can do appreciations in...BUT I expanded it recently to end of the day - five things that happened throughout my day that made me feel good about myself, made me happy, made me smile. It is forcing me to look at the GOOD in my life and the happier I am, the more motivated I am!

Glad you had such a wonderful & easy day!!

I find for me, the more stuff I have prepared for meals & making sure my dishes are always washed - really help to make my days a lot smoother....there's always something to reach for & whatever clean dish I need~:)~monk~
