Hooray lost 2 more LBs doin a happy dance :)
Okay still detoxing... but feeling much better than lasty night.
Yesterday I ate:
coffee
breakfast:
banana maybe 2
lunch
DELICIOUS grapefruit
Snack
baby carrots
Snack
almonds
snack
banana dipped in walnut leftovers YUMMY
I know mixing fruit and nut is not great combo but I was craving something
Dinner
Nachos (SAD) + Gingerale
Let me explain I was detoxing and when I came home from work and my interveiw I was craving something but I tried to search out a lara bar or something healthy that would do it but to know avail. Honestly the yesterday was much healthier than before raw :)
When I got on the scale this morning it read:
152 lbs
Day 1: 155.5
Day 2: 154.5
Day 3: 154.0
Day 4: 152.0 YAY :)
Just enough motivation to keep me moving forward.
My BF believes I'm just changing the scale lol
SO I tried on some clothes and jeans I was ready to give back to my slim sister glided on easily....
Today Day 4 I hva positive outlook, and it's payday so I can by some preventative raw goodies :)
NO COFFEE SLUDGE TODAY :) I'm not working in the same setting I have errands etc, and can take naps if I have to so coffee is DONE. Thanks you for your comments about IT IS TIME!
I've given it up before and everytime I say never will I go thru that again...
