So, it's been a couple years! This summer I did juice fast a few times, once for 10 days and it was great. Other then that I have been eating vegetarian, mostly home cooked food, but I do like to bake and it shows!
I am so ready to inprove my health and lose weight!! I'm just done! I feel like I hate food, I get hungry,eat, and then feel icky. I am so sensitive to foods, yet I still go overboard and eat to much!!!
Truly, I want to do a long juice fast, but I'm not sure if my life is ready for it yet. So, maybe i can get back to eating more raw. I tend to stress eat and am worried I will not be able to keep up with it, I also need to afford to eat raw, so I need to be creative and prepared!
I spend most my days with my own two children (2.5yo and 5yo) and I babysit 2-3 other kids daily! It can be crazy and stressful, but I am happy to stay home with my kids.
I joined the 30 day raw challenge, so here we go!
