Food for the day:
barleygreen powder mixed with alittle water
mixed nuts (out and had to buy some, not prepared, but at least it wasn't fast food)
DINNER: HUGE SALAD...the highlight of my day!!
Lots of water.
Note: eat more tomorrow...take food when I leave the house!!!
