Ok, I am tired tonight...it's 11:00pm and I went on a KILLER walk with my girlfriend today...it was just a go, go, go day all day long! So, I am going to make this short. Here is the rest of what I ate today:

Lunch:

Sushi -
1 raw nori sheet spread with coconut oil to moisten. Filling consisted of fresh ground coconut (for the "rice") and left over guacamole salad. I rolled it up, but the nori was still very dry and "crisp" so I moistened the roll with water. Made wasabi from powder I have and mixed in soy sauce for dipping. YUM!

Afternoon Snack -

All afternoon I sipped on green smoothie. I added several sprigs of fresh mint and a whole ripe pear to the kale smoothie mix from yesterday and I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed this drink with the mint in it! THAT is a keeper!!!

Dinner -

1 medium avocado
1 bunch of LARGE purple seeded grapes
1 banana

Snack -

2 handfuls raw cashews
