Raw and Lovin' it!!!
Hey! Doing great today!!! Day 2 is going strong! Today's menu:
* Breakfast smoothie: Banana/mango/almond milk (my favorite)
* Two Bananas
* YaYa's Raw Rah's Dehydrated Flax Cracker with Almond Butter, Raw Honey, and Slices of Bananas... (I am making more Flax Crackers right now)
* Walnut Pate' on a Romaine Leaf with sprouts...yummy, but I have to go to the store and get some more tomatoes!
* Dinner: Avacado Salid
Anyway, I'm really feeling great today! I don't seem to have the cravings as bad yesterday (Thank God!)
