Day 2
Am sipping a smoothie... does this sound familiar? :) Did anyone else find that they were really hungry when they first went raw? Its seems that all I want to do is eat! Maybe I need to increase my vegetable intake...
I hit the gym this morning, weights, cardio and some lovely yoga at the end. It was nice, but its been three house since I have been up and already I can feel sleepy...Must be the caffeine withdrawal... I wonder is herbal tea okay? Well off to another day of raw food. Lets see what new and interesting foods I can create!
