Hey Raw Buddies,

I'm excited to say that Hubby wants to do a juice fast with me. I've done 2 Juice Fasts; 10 days in June and 6 days July. I've been very successful while on them and when I get off I make up for and feel sick by eating heavy and fat foods. This time wasnt' as bad. I'm really realizing and telling myself that I am doing this for my health not to Deprive myself. So, no need to binge. I plan on continueing Juice fasts and releasing Processed foods until they are all gone and I find my balance.

Here's the exciting News! My Hubby wants to do a 3 day Juice Fast with me starting tomorrow! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!! Even if he does 1 day that will be Awesome!

    Well, like I said in your blog we didn't do the fast yet but, did have green juice. I would like to do a short one but, don't do so well on my own it seems.
