I'm so sorry if anyone wanted to leave a comment on my blog... I had the comments feature turned off! That has been fixed. :)

Today I woke up and had a banana, which I followed a little later with some fruit salad. I had another banana for lunch, with some cooled green tea.

I'm craving portobello mushrooms slathered in guacamole. I'll have to check the ol' bank account to see if that's a possibility. If not, I have a lot of salad fixings from last night to go through.

I can't believe how hungry I am. I haven't felt hunger in several weeks because of how messed up my stomach has been from the awful cooked foods I've been eating. Last night's salad must have really worked some magic. I know I can eat however much I want and be fine, but my foods have been simple fruits and veggies without any nuts or avocado or oils. Tonight I'm going to remedy that.

Still no acid reflux or burning stomach or nausea. I have a mild headache, but that's to be expected. :)

ETA: instead of the mushrooms, I had two large romaine leaves which wrapped up the veggie mixture that I had last night. I added some more sprouted lentils as well as some ground almonds and about a tablespoon of golden flaxseeds. Amazingly enough, my stomach is still growling.

    Welcome! It sounds like you had a great food day - even with your growling stomach ;). Cooked food does that same thing to me....hungry all the time - the first couple weeks of raw should help to regulate that out. The food posted in your other blog posts looked awesome! ~monk~
