Day 5 Continued
Ok, the rest of my food for today looks like this:
Snack:
Few handfuls of raw cashews
Lunch:
Pure fruit smoothie from Jamba Juice -
Pomegranite, mango, peach, orange with a shot of wheat grass juice
Snack:
Large fugi apple
Dinner:
Guacamole Salad - prepared as usual but with red onion instead of yellow this time.
My overall skin and left foot (the athletes foot one) are looking a little dryer today and the foot is feeling a bit of a burning sensation and I realized I haven't had any avocado for two days now. Also, no flax seed today...so I wondered if that might be the reason and decided to have the guacamole salad tonight to seel if that helps.
My mom called today to find out how I prepare broccoli and califlower because she had put my dad and herself on nothing but raw today after my discussion with her yesterday about my experience so far. WOOT WOOT!!! I'm an evangelist!![]()
