It has been awhile since I posted to my blog. I am trying to stay 100%...no I AM STAYING 100%....Posting everyday to this forum and another, and emailing a friend of my progress!
This morning has been chia seed pudding w/ blueberries, chia seeds, berry tea, stevia! YUMMY!
LUNCH: my plan is a gs w/ spinach, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, spices
Dinner: Fake Toona, red pepper slices!!!

That's the plan!!!

    I have to tell myself the same thing. I'm not going to TRY. I am going to DO it. This is all new for me, but if I feel halfway as good as all these people on the forum and in the book, it will be worth it to me. I am sick of feeling cruddy...not living, I guess.
    Since I am totally new to this, what is chia seed pudding? Or do you mix the blueberries and chia seeds and tea and stevia to make a pudding?
