It has been awhile since I posted to my blog. I am trying to stay 100%...no I AM STAYING 100%....Posting everyday to this forum and another, and emailing a friend of my progress!
This morning has been chia seed pudding w/ blueberries, chia seeds, berry tea, stevia! YUMMY!
LUNCH: my plan is a gs w/ spinach, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, spices
Dinner: Fake Toona, red pepper slices!!!
That's the plan!!!
