Tomorrow, I am going to venture back into the lifestyle of Raw and Living foods. I have taken on this challenge before but in the past I was alone in my journey. Tomorrow, I am hoping that many others will be joining or conversing with encouragement on this blog. My family does not approve of my healthy changes but I know everyone is here for the same reason...TO BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY! So bring on the smiles and great blogging to you!

    Hi! I'm starting tomorrow, too, after being wishy-washy about for a couple years now! For some reason, it just feels like the right time for this! Good luck tomorrow :-)

    Hi! I'm starting too tomorrow I would love to have you as a raw buddy :) This is my first attempt at ever being raw, so I'll need all the support I can get :)

    Im starting 2mrow 2. I get how other people might not agree with this because I was one of them in the past. I think as long as your not 2 hard on yourself if you slip up or whatever when your around them and just look at it as a "long term" goal the percentages work out great. Say you eat raw 90% of the year and 10% junk the rest of the year. Thats not too bad and then you shouldnt feel bad about yourself and your family thinks your not sooo uptight by junk in front of them.You'll do great!

    P.S. Im not saying your uptight but thats how normal junk food eating people think of Vegans etc... Im sure you are very open minded. :-)
    I hope your family eventually starts supporting you. I gave my wife a couple tasty raw meals and she is coming around now...

    Vegtriathlete...i'm going to guess that you are a triathlete! I started training a year ago and was hoping to meet some others who may have training and dietary needs advice. This will be my first year actually doing a marathon and a triathlon, I trained last year but never entered a race. Good luck on the 30 day challenge...i'm in it with you all the way!
