New Goals for the beginning of week 4
I have to say that I have never, ever lost weight this fast. 21 lbs in 21 days. A bit of stomach upset seems to have helped the progress. I was stuck at the same weight for the last 4 days before dropping another pound at this mornings weigh in. I think my calories have been a bit too low so as I adapt I believe that my weight loss will slow down a bit.
My goals for this week include increasing my vegetable intake. I am going to try to have one green smoothy and 2 salads per day. 12 salads between now and Saturday is a lot for me. This will also increase my calorie and fat intake. I know - salad increasing fat and calorie intake? It is the olive oil and avocado.

This is a big week for me. There will be several mental bumps ahead for me. I made it thru the first week and messed up some during the second so I will be praying to make it thru this 4th week, my second in a row, without any mess ups. I have never made it past 14 days raw before so the next week will be an even bigger week with much expectation and a little fear. I do believe that if I can make it past that 3rd week, I will have actually started to change my bodies craving for certain foods and started changing my taste buds.
