It's a beautiful morning here in Huntington Beach. I wandered for over an hour in the Bolsa Chica Wetlands. The great blue heron are nesting and they are a sight to watch. There's some territorial issues going on and when they hop out of the trees and fly out into the air, the flapping of their wings is magical!

I am still eating strawberries from the Tuesday farmer's market, so happy they haven't molded. I was going to try and make a recipe, but all I want to do is eat them plain!
