Many of you have emailed us and asked why I haven’t posted any blogs here. Well, life has been crazy, just as it has been for the past 6 years. Here are some glimpses of what I’m working on this week:

• My new book proposal was sent out last week and I am deciding between 3 amazing publishers who have made offers so that is very exciting! I’ll be deciding this week and then it’s time to write, write, write. It will most likely be out the beginning of next year.

• I’m working on a venture with whole foods for my products… more on that after the meeting in a few weeks…

• I’ve decided to open another restaurant! Yep, another Grezzo. This one will be in Newburyport MA. I’m signing the lease this week, doing the build out in the next two months and it will be open in September some time. I’m super ecstatic about this! It’s on State St which is the main road in the center of town.

• I am doing a certification training this coming weekend and have just put two more on the schedule. One for August and one for Sept. The new 4 day format for the certifications are spectacular! We just completed 2 of these and I have to say that I think they are a very unique and special class. Its 3 intensive days with me at my home in Kittery, Maine and then one 12 hour day at Grezzo in Boston. The feedback was over the top from the last two classes.

So, those are the main items on the menu for this week but of course there are always a million other details with running the internet business and the restaurant in Boston.

I decided to redo the entire B&B where we hold the classes. Paint, new windows, ripping apart some rooms…oh, and im also working on an herbal line of tinctures that I’ve been making, along with a whole line of face care products. I started this a while ago but have not had a chance to really put too much time into it and I don’t want to put it out until its really at the stage where I think it’s perfect. So, at 1am you can often find me in my kitchen experimenting ;)

Dennis wants to know if I’m ever going to sleep again… I tell him maybe in a couple of years.

I know it’s been a long time since I have posted here! It’s been on my mind but unfortunately I just haven’t had found the time to do it! I just missed my deadline for my get fresh article and am realizing that I need to start saying no to certain things. Even things I want to do. I did just get back last week from Bermuda for my 4 day birthday present to myself so that was heaven! I’m trying to make more time to play and have fun and do some art work but it does not look like slowing down is what I’m supposed to be doing right now! I’m apparently in creation mode still.

I do love writing in my blog and all of the wonderful feedback I get from all of you! I’ll try to keep up with it and keep you posted as things continuing to happen here!
