Day Two! 100% RAW! Woohoo!
This morning I took the time to make raw egg scramble...and donut holes for breakfasts the rest of the week. I am currently eating a raw fruit smoothie. ;)
This is going to be a great week! I'm so excited for the changes that are going to be taking place in my body.
I have romaine and butter salads, pineapple, thai coconuts, celery, carrots, peppers, red grapes...you name it...it's in there!
I'm going to exercise with a low impact workout tonight when I get home from work. After day light savings comes...it will turn into an evening walk.
I will be posting pics later tonight of some of my food choices for the day, on my shelshel's raw kitchen blog. Fun, fun.
