Going back and forth

So I've been back and forth - doing raw twice a day at the most, and then back to cooked food all day. And I can totally feel the difference! I thought it was hype at first, that is until I had my first two headaches + fatigue episodes, which had disappeared when I was eating raw twice a day.

I'm going back to raw - the only thing is I feel like its a little limiting in that I like certain veggies that I can't see eating raw...lentils (dhal) for example or sweet potato - and I think the cooked form is good for you - it seems extreme to cut these things out to me.

    This lifestyle should be one of freedom and peace in your eating. Listen to your body (which it seems you do). Eat what you are at peace with - after all you're not eating globs of fatty pork ! Trust your wisdom.

    Each one of us must embrace our health in our own way - our journey is ours alone. You're doing wonderful, just pay attention (as you are) to your health and how your body responds to the nutrition you are feeding it! ;)
