Going back and forth
So I've been back and forth - doing raw twice a day at the most, and then back to cooked food all day. And I can totally feel the difference! I thought it was hype at first, that is until I had my first two headaches + fatigue episodes, which had disappeared when I was eating raw twice a day.
I'm going back to raw - the only thing is I feel like its a little limiting in that I like certain veggies that I can't see eating raw...lentils (dhal) for example or sweet potato - and I think the cooked form is good for you - it seems extreme to cut these things out to me.
