Good Morning. :) Thoughts of dehydrators going through my head. I'm going to make a fruit smoothie for breakfast. Salad for lunch with some green smoothie. And raw veggies for dinner... probably some more green smoothie at night. That's the plan. We shall see.
I find my emotions get the better of me. Stress from work and co-workers. Agh. If I could just master those emotions without the use of food. But alas, yesterday, not so good.
I start today fresh...trying again. :)
