1 C. sunflower seeds
1 C. pumpkin seeds
1 C. flax seeds
1 C. oat groats (or really raw rolled oats)
1 C. walnuts
1 C. pecans
1/2 C. brazil nuts
3 T. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C. maple syrup (or you could use agave and maple flavoring)
2 T. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1. Pulse the nuts, seeds and oats in the food processor until mixed and coarsely ground.
2. Add the vanilla, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup. Pulse until well mixed.
3. Dump onto teflex sheets and dehydrate until dry.
I personally like to add fresh blueberries and bananas and then pour on some thick almond mylk.
