Food I had today
Breakfast
Green smoothie: dandelion and strawberries - the dandelion is very bitter but really good for detox
Snack
2 kiwi
1 small coconut cookie (like 1")
Lunch
Salad with avocado and walnuts (pretty dull!)
8 oz Thai coconut water
1 shot wheat grass juice
Dinner
Green smoothie
1/2 avocado made into a informal guacamole (avocado, cilantro, jalapeņo, garlic, red onion, lime juice.)
(run)
Green smoothie (both were kale and blueberries)
1/2 cantaloupe
2 kiwis
