Daniel Fast
On the 7th day of this fast (fruits, vegetables and water) and I can already tell the difference. I am happier and I am definitely not as heavy and bogged down. We have decided to start our fast food diet on the 15th of February, one week after the fast so that I can buy and prepare foods for our start. I am excited and I will keep my post up to date. I have been re-reading my book by Alissa and watching the dvd's to prepare my mind for the delicious recipes. My husband and I have decided that one day at a time is key and we will not get discouraged if we get off track (which we don't plan to but if we do we won't quit we'll just start back up again). I have some major decisions to make over the next couple of months. Hopefully by the time we finish this fast I will have a clearer view of the future. God lead me.....
