Day 18 - What else can I say?
My food yesterday:
Breakfast
Green Smoothie: Celery, romaine, blueberries
Mid morning snack
1/2 cantaloupe
Lunch
Fenugreek spout salad; sun dried tomato EVOO, red onion and basil blended, pecans, 1/2 avocado
Chai tea latte (almond milk)
Mid afternoon snack
Mango
Dinner
Green smoothie: Kale (didnt want anything else)
Fruit smoothie: Strawberries, almond milk, almond butter, raw cocoa, vanilla bean.

I stayed hungry for most of the day, but when I had the mango, I was satisfied until the late evening. Then I got hungry and had two smoothies. Its so funny how our bodies work.
So far, I've had a pretty easy time sticking to this. *knock on wood!* I dont have many cravings and as long as I eat when I'm hungry, I dont imagine cooked food often.
I started dry brushing this morning after reading about it--I wonder what type of results I should see.
So far, I've lost inches and my skin is pretty clear and glowing so I'm happy about that. My jeans are loose and I will probably have then taken in in a couple of weeks.
