Once again trying 100% raw
I can't believe it, but it's been one whole year, since I went raw with my husband. And even more unbelievable is, that he STAYED 100% raw! No slip-ups nothing! He is amazing! He has changed so much since I met him. We both agreed, we never thought he would ever become raw. He didn't like fruits much, loved meat. A meal without meat was strange to him, lol.
Anyways, yesterday was his 1 year raw anniversary! That is when I started again. I fasted yesterday, and I was thinking I might actually do three days. But I felt weak and shaky this morning, and since I have to be functioning with two kids, I started taking in foods again.
So far I've had throughout the morning -
Green Juice - carrots, celery, cucumber and lots of spinach
2 bananas
1 apple
1 banana
quarter honeydew
Lunch -
soup with lentil and mung bean sprouts and red bell pepper
For dinner I have planned a mexican walnut mixture on top of some left-over tostada shells.
