Day 19: Rocking the party tonite!

DAY 19:

HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND PURE BLISS TO YOU ALL!


I've been on pure water for a few days now and tonite I am attending a Xmas party so I will do dilluted celery/apple juice this afternoon.

I got so many compliments yesterday on my hair and face. I was glowing so bright that it was cathcing so many people's attention. I do feel BRIGHT AND ALIVE!

This far into fasting, I can feel where the heavier blockages are in my body and energy meridians. I've upped my meditation and exercises ( of course within range to not overwork the heart ). I feel in balanced.

Not much tongue coating and if anything. My breath feel clean even when I wake up but that will probably change when I detox even further. LOL, at this moment, I feel a BM coming on!!!!!

Happy to report...a healthy BM and mass mucous intertwined!!!!! This would definately ease the DIZZINESS so I am happy happy happy.

Okay, back to the party....water for me and I'll bring my lemons too. Dance dance dance!!! :)
