Day 9
Warm greetings to you all. I am ALIVE & WELL.
Last night I ended my nite with meditation and I love to lay down and meditate in the dark. I fell asleep with my clear quartz between my brows and meditated my way to sleep.
This morning I got up and did stretches- primarily shoulder rolls and hips to get the lymph going and did some bouncing. I completed a session of dry brushing and hopped into the shower while doing some chanting.
Morning begun with 1 tbsp E3 live and Penta water.
Mid mid morning more Penta water
Warm water
* 1 healthy BM :) happy camper!
1/2 hour walk
I sweated quite a bit thru my armpits and probably the most I have ever. I felt a layer of excretion thru my skin on my body today. I felt like I wanted to scrub myself all over so I was looking forward to a good dry sauna session. A little funky!!!!
While fasting, you begin to realize how inundated we are about food, food preparation and simple eating it......other little things that distract us from living a simple and fullfilling life. I view fasting as a time to getaway....free yourself.....and mostly center yourself to hear your voice in clarity.
My hair is getting longer and looks healthier and feels cleaner. I've got the glow on my face still and my nails are growing.
Dry sauna for 1 hour with orange and cedar oil and finished with penta water tonite.
To answer Katchmoleen......
Lots of wonderful fasting views out there.Originally Posted by katchmoleen

The average person in relatively good health, can do a fasting of 30 days. In terms of water fasting, that number I would be conservative.
In today's modern world and what toxins we are inundated with food, mind, body and evironment wise, juice fasting aka "juice diet" is a more predictable way to start. The healthier and purer the body becomes, the more tolerable the fasting is....
Yes, I had started with only 10-12 oz of dilluted juice. I only did celery, apple and parlsley and ginger for circulation. All juice was always juiced, strained and dilluted 50%. After a week, my body only wanted citrus so I did 50% dilluted grapefruit or lemon.
Eventually my body only wanted water. There was a duration of pure water. The length of the fast was never the goal....I just continued until the mind, body and spirit sychronized and harmoniously determined the end.
I'm excited that you are finding what works for you katchmoleen. The fasting journey is quite faceted yet simple in its requirements. Its a beautiful place of reflection of the SELF. I wish you so much introspection and LOVE.
