I want to thank everyone who has participated in this RawFoodTalk.com forum. There have been some amazing exchanges here and so many words of wisdom spoken. But its time for me to close this board. I am moving on to new ventures and feel that its time for me to let this go. A forum of this size takes loads of money, time and energy. I have not been keeping up with the forum upgrades, the spam problems, etc…. which is resulting in many disgruntled emails and people calling the office daily. I’m sorry to disappoint the many of you who have spent your time and wonderful words of help and inspiration here. I hope that you have all benefited from this board and that it has helped you on your path to optimal health. I know many of you have made lasting friendships here as well. I will leave this board up for a month of so, so that you may copy what you need and any information you would like to save.

Thank you for being part of the RawFoodTalk.com community! It’s been a wonderful ride! I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next for all of you and of course, you can keep up with my adventures through my blog, Facebook and twitter. I am continuing my certification trainings and there will be some exciting new classes, events and projects coming into fruition in the near future!

Day 8

Morning glass of Penta water and 1 tbsp of

* no significant detox symptoms.

I woke up this morning in a new "sensation." I reached the stage 1 of fasting and I feel like an eagle soaring. The halo of cloudiness is gone. My facial skin was glowing this morning and I am "AWAKE." I fee know that I can move on with strength,vitality and renewel.

Last nite I was pondering on my past life and "health" and I really want to share with you all where I start from because I truly know that it is a miracle that I am alive. In fact, when I discovered this site in 2004, it was meant to be for me to journey into healing and BE FREE!

I'll write later....

I am back feeling a quaint ambience of melancholy and humility for being on this beautiful journey. I finished a invigorating session at the dry sauna with cedar/orange/grapeseed oil massage all over. The lights were out so I used candles to light up the room and did some chanting and meditation. It was such a zen-full experience.

Here I am laying down and fiddling on the laptop to chat it up here in RAW world. I'm listening to "time to slow it down" again as I reflect....

For some of you that know me, where I started from in my health journey, was life or death.

I'm listening to Jupiter Sounds and processing alot of emotions and energetic patterns so I think best I write it all out tomorrow or so.

I have my clear quartz ready for tonite's meditation into the third eye....my favortie chakra to explore and open. I like to move deep until that dimond lotus flower appears.

Amazing that you are fasting this long. Do you work? I am enjoying your updates.

HI Katchmoleen! Yes, I work full time and it can be challenging but the last lengthy fasting I did in 2007 was 100 plus days and I was able to work and didn't have a struggle to the extent what I thought it could be like. It was incredible experience...the mind/brain healing was WOW.

I read in Joel Fuhrman's fasting book that it is best to do an extended fast after you reach a normal weight, as that is when the fast will really get int the organs and blood vessels and clean them out. So that is my plan. I do a short one now and then but don't plan to do anything over 3 days till I get below 140. 100 days, wow! did that include some juice?
