May's 30 Day raw Challenge

Well, I'm starting the 30 Days today. So far I had an orange and water. I found that I am really hungery on raw. For awhile there I went back to my old ways. Sorry. I ran out of money. I need alot of money to buy all of this food. When I was ever short on money I could Last through the day with One meal on SAD. But with Raw and Living Foods I need alot of it, there for I need more money to last me all week. ( I'm a stay at home mother ) My Hubby makes the money and I need to budget the money better so I can eat the Right Way and still have enough money to buy his SAD food, because he wants to eat that way still. If he wants to be healthy for the rest of his life he will learn sooner or later. I will stick to this. My Hubby told me the other day that if I start something I should follow through with it. I was never ever told that be for, by anyone, ever. I want to take his advise. So wish me the best.

    I think if possible you should eat as much as your body craves!!:) I could imagine it needs NUTRITION! not calories but all the enzymes, vitamines and stuff:) You will soon need much less! To save money just buy regional and simple stuff. That works for me at least;)

    I agree with punk - the longer you are raw- you will find that it takes less food to fill you up - you're getting the nutrition your body needs. And when you are full - you are REALLY full! and Hubby is RIGHT! Follow through - you'll be so blessed and glad you did!
