A Hearty hello to One and All!

I am a raw foodie, and with my two children have been for three years (the age of my youngest). My wife has been for eight years, and she was/is really the beacon for me! We ran a healing center offering organic, live foods, classes, exercise and consultation. The highest culinary integrity is my passion, as well as seeking out the best food and information, and putting that proverbial money where my stomach is! I really enjoy learning, and watching the process unfold as I ascend to new levels, and die to old habits. I look forward to emailing and speaking with one and all seeking and finding the gems that are in this lifestyle! Namaste!
