Yesterday I was so hungry,
at 4pm I almost felt sick. It felt like I was munching away all day, but I still wasn't getting enough calories. Today I brought some more food, so we'll see how it goes this time around.
Todays foods so far:
-2 mangos
-3 handfulls of blueberries
-2 clementines
-green smoothie: 2 bananas, 2 big leaves of kale
-sunflower seeds
-carrots
-3 clementines
Dinner will probably be a green smoothie or large salad of some sort.
A little bit better than yesterday...but still not enough food. Trial and error here...
I have been trying to follow the rule of eating lighter foods (like fruit) in the morning, and saving the heavier foods (nuts, avocado, seeds) for later... but I've been feeling so tired and hungry in the morning. Fruit isn't cutting it. Tomorrow I think I'll feel better if I have either an avocado or a handful of nuts with my breakfast!
