"D" Day plus 1

I made the most delicious sandwich last night! It was so awesome. I used my tomato flat bread, spread on some guacamole, layered on the sprouts and topped it with sliced tomatoes and a little bit of sea salt. So, so, so, so, so, soooooo gooooooood! I loved it! I need more sprouts and tomatoes now. Mmmmm.

Tonight I have an appointment with an acupuncturist. I am hoping that she can help to alleviate this back pain and possibly encourage my sweet babe to come out. I have never been to an acupuncturist before but have heard good things about them and their ability to help with pain. So I am nervous and a bit excited about it too. I would really love to get rid of this awful lower back pain.

I also found a mothers shop locally (sort of, it was a 1/2 hour away, but kind of local) where I was able to get some nursing bras that I desperately needed and I also picked up a baby Mobi to wrap the baby in. I am very excited about this wrap because it looked super easy to use and very safe and secure. I had a sling for the last two but rarely used it because it never felt safe to me and I always was afraid that the baby would fall out! This Mobi Wrap seems like the perfect solution. We will see. I need something because I am very into holding the baby and baby wearing as much as possible and my back just can't take it without some sort of support on. Plus I will still have 6 other children to take care of and really need to use of both of my hands. ;)

Hopefully I will not post tomorrow because I am having a baby.

Oooooo, I think you'll like the mobi. And can you post your recipe for the flat bread? That sounds so good!

Have your tried hands and knees pelvic tilts for your back pain? My last two I had almost NO back pain because I did tons of pelvic tilts from almost day 1. And the hands and knees might get that baby's head off your poor spine a bit. Sending labor vibes!
