Well, technically yesterday was Day 1 but I usually won't ever post at night at the end of the day and I usually always weigh myself first thing in the morning as a record of what happened the previous day.

Feeling: Positive and a bit of detox sickness

What I ate Day 1: a pear, a zillion carmel coconut cookies, some cashews, celery w/ hummous, 2 kiwis, green shake, some olives, some sundried figs
