So technically this will be a 32 day challenge :P I started Raw yesterday and will call the challenge at the end of March. Although I do plan on sticking with Raw long-term. I hope to make it my way of living for the rest of my life. With that said here are my goals:
Starting Weight (as of yesterday morning Day1): 220lbs
30-Day Goal: 200lbs
60-Day Goal: 190lbs (with little muscle)
Long-Term Goal: 200lbs (with some body building muscle)
Let the madness commence!
