A Little of This; A Little of That

Even though my monkey mind thinks I'm not training/walking today, it's got a surprise coming. Not sure yet what I'll be doing yet, I'll be doing SOMEthing. What's nice is, the weather's cooled off so I don't HAVE to train as early and can do more throughout the day.
This morning I'm really going to kick off marketing for "Tap Into Your Ideal Weight". Now that I've seen even MORE results in just one week, I feel as though I'd be remiss if I didn't let EVERYONE I know know about it. That's the thing with having a valuable product or service. If you don't let people know about it, you ARE doing them a disservice.
Why is TIYIW so valuable? Because, it's not about the food. It's about our emotions and when, where and why we eat.
So many of us are emotional eaters. We eat because we need to not feel. We eat because we're sad, lonely, frustrated, depressed, stressed and way more!
We eat because it's there; because we're out shopping; because of social pressure; because it tastes good.
We're the only animal that eats and overeats because of taste.
How would it be if you could enjoy EVERY savory bite? Instead of eating and overeating because it TASTES SOOOO GOOD, how about if you could taste one bite and savor it so highly, you didn't need another?
What about if, when stressed, sad, lonely, instead of reaching for food, you automatically found another source of comfort?
How about if you loved yourself SO much that you didn't succumb to societal pressures yet were able to enjoy friends, family and celebrations without going off your food program?
What if, because you'd resolved childhood issues, you didn't need to feed to suppress them anymore.
What they said at 1st meeting:
I always reach for and eat a full carton of ice cream when I'm stressed.
I go for the carbs ~ pasta, potatoes, BREAD!
I don't believe this will work.
I feel really silly doing this.
I'm afraid to drop weight because....
What they said at 2nd meeting:
It wasn't the tapping but, I'm not reaching for the carbs now.
I went for brown rice (instead of ice cream) and this is the first time I didn't beat myself up.
I still don't believe in this; I think it's silly. I lost 5 pounds.
I lost 4 pounds.
I'm excited!
I now feel hopeful.
Two days left to get the best teleclass price. We've extended it until Monday, the 17th, 5 p.m. Pacific. Don't look back and say "I wish I had..." when you start seeing the appreciations from people who did.
The price for the local class ~ you'll not see it again. This class is worth SO much more than what I'm charging and, after Sept. 2, it's going up!
How would you like to be able to say ~ "no, I'm not hungry" or "no, I don't want that right now"? How would you like to be eating sanely, for hunger, not for emotions? It's possible.
You know what's nice too? Feeling so calm around food. Not feeling stressed about it AND the excess weight; not beating oneself up; relaxing and enjoying life w/out worrying about food choices. It's MAHVELOUS!
Oh my, did my blog turn into a sales pitch? Sheesh! What the heck? ;)
Later!
