A Little of This; A Little of That

It's Just After 3 a.m. ....

I had a really lovely day yesterday. Guess I didn't realize how much stress I'd put on myself getting my classes together. Yesterday was just like I could let myself go and rest which I did a lot of. Mostly reading and sleeping throughout the day.

Went for a long walk in the morning. Forgot to bring lil Ped although I thought of it while getting dressed, I was already out before I remembered it. Oh well. I know I pretty much did 10,000 steps just because I know how much time it takes. Did the walk, did quite a bit of walking around the house even though I don't tend to count that; then walked around the farmer's market. Got some greens, strawberries, plums, white nectarines and peaches, plus, my friend Dave has some "sides" including spicy sliced daikon radish, slivered burdock root, etc. I'm enjoying them in wraps with cuke slices and heirloom tomatoes someone gave me for lending her my dehydrator.

One of my clients also brought a box of tomatoes from his garden. Gonna make some salsa and tomatoe sauce and freeze it. (the sauce, not the salsa). It's better for himself than what He's eating out of a bottle.

During the day I played with my 6" fitness ball and 15# kb. The weather has been way less humid even though the temp said 90 degrees. Amazing how much difference humidity makes.

Slept a lot yesterday which is why I'm up at 3 this morning, I guess.

Going downstairs to write in my journal. I gave my students homework which I'm doing as well. Not going to say what it is because the students of the teleclasses will be receiving it too! Hoping more take advantage of the REALLY low price and save $30. It's going up after the 15th.

Oh! As though I don't have enough to do, someone asked if I'd make one page in my blog where I can put all the books I review on it. Because of Rawkin' Radio and Celebrating Your Potential, I receive a lot of books from publishers wanting me to interview their authors or, have them on my shows. My focus now though is on Bodacious Living where I'll still be interviewing authors on various aspects of living, eating, etc. Himself is working on that site. Once we get it going, it's going to be amazing with so much information! Wait for it!

Yezzz'm. You too! Just came in from a 5,770 step walk. 4,230 more to go if I'm looking to do 10,000.
